RULES & REGULATION

Membership:

There are many types of membership in AIWKA.
(A) Individual (Dojo) membership
(B) District membership
(C) State membership

Individual (Dojo) membership

An individual Dojo (Branch) would be given affiliation from AIWKA. An instructor operating only a single dojo should get his dojo affiliated under this name. In such case he has to pay the individual membership fees and affiliation certificate will be issued for the individual (Dojo) membership.

District membership

An individual operating a member of Dojo’s either directly or through students in the same district can get affiliation under this name. In such case affiliation certificate will be issued for the district membership and also has to pay district fees as per AIWKA state or national body.

State membership

Instructor or Instructor’s having a reasonably sound presence in a number of district’s may be allowed to have state affiliation from AIWKA. In such case state body may offer affiliation to other instructor’s from district interested to join AIWKA on behalf of AWIKA. The state body in such case may fix a reasonable affiliation fees from district instruction. The decision in this aspect will be taken by AIWKA, INDIA.

Conditions for an Affiliated Branch:

1. A DOJO should be run by a black Belt (Minimum Shodan) authorized instructor. In special cases junior students can run such a center but he must be under a Black Belt instructor having a valid authorized instructor’s lincense of AIWKA.
2. Instructor must get instructor’s license from AIWKA.
3. Affiliated members must participate in the camps and championship conducted by AIWKA Head Quarter and conduct regular periodical grading tests and training camps.

AUTHORIZED EXAMINERS:

Only authorized Examiners of AIWKA can conduct grading for member for AIWKA. An authorized examiners can conduct grading test as per permission of Tech. Director Sensei Rajesh Agrawal. In special cases senior examiners may be allowed to conduct grading test. A black belt grading test is should be compulsorily conducted under the guidance of Tech. Directors Sensei Rajesh Agrawal.

AUTHORIZED REFEREE & JUDGE :
AIWKA conducts periodical seminar and test for instructor’s interested as official referee and judge, recognized by AIWKA. They will be taught latest rules of WKF.
Interested candidate not below the rank of Shodan can appear in such seminars and examinations.

RULES CONCERNING TITLE OF DOJO:

It is obligatory for all affiliated instructor to run their dojo name ALL WADO-KAI KARATEDO ASSOCIATION ____________ BRANCH.

PROCEDURE OF GRADING :

1. Official examiner as well as Dojo instructor must ensure that person appearing in any grading test must hold a valid AIWKA yearly membership should be sent with the grading fees. Membership will be issued by AIWKAI Head Quarter.
2. Certificate will be sent to concerned examiner after receipt of grading report duly signed by the examiner. The report and fees (through D/D) should be sent to Head Quarter within 7 days of grading by registered post or courier.
3. Certificates & ID cards are issued from AIWKA Head Quarter. The examiner and the Instructor should sign the certificates before handling over concerted students.
